How to use: 

For optimal results use this sheet mask at night. Begin using the sheet mask 1x a week and slowly integrate more into your week observing how well your skin tolerates retinal—recommended use 3-4x a week. 

Remove the mask from its protective film. Apply to the face, gently pulling to fit the contours. Gently apply the mask to clean, dry and toned skin. Remove the mask after 15-20 minutes and pat the remaining essence into the skin.

To avoid skin sensitivity gently rinse your face the next morning and follow up with sunscreen.
